The Smart City Expo World Congress is the leading international event for the smart city sector and an important meeting place for experts and executives from the world’s most innovative cities, companies, research centers and international organizations. SLOC will also be represented at the trade fair together with the WKO and present its smart waste products.
In cities, it is particularly important that waste is disposed of promptly and correctly in order to achieve sustainable local waste management. With SLOC's IoT devices for waste management, waste can be emptied on demand to reduce costs, protect the environment and increase efficiency.
The SLOC Waste Bin provides information on fill level, temperature, lid openings and position as well as emptying in all container types and fractions. With the SLOC Waste Collection software, dynamic tours can be planned based on the recorded fill levels so that only the full bins need to be approached and emptied. Above all, this saves time, CO2 emissions and overfilling, makes processes more transparent and reduces dependency on driver expertise.
